Position: Head Career Counsellor.

Job Location : Mumbai- Marol or Banglore- Mathhikere

Salary : upto 12 LPA
• Set up team for Career Counsellor.
• Need to guide all the counsellor about career counselling
• Will help students of grades 6-10 in their career counselling process.
• Will come up with processes and systems that will be able to implement in our schools and colleges.
• Drive and monitor a system that provides students and parents of Orchids, a well-researched, informative, advisory and guidance service to aid make realistic choices on education and career after school across campuses.
• Enhance the perceived value of brand ORCHIDS by ensuring delivery of information, advice and guidance, highly valued by parents and students.
• Design and develop systems to use aptitude and achievement assessments to help evaluate the interests, skills, and abilities of students to help them and parents choose.
